From June 5 to August 26, 2023, the “Step to Home” program was held in 6 stages at the YSU Byurakan educational and production base, in which about 600 young people from 25 countries participated. The goal of the “Step to Home” program is to discover the homeland, strengthening national identity. The program included courses in the Armenian language (Eastern Armenian, Western Armenian), patriotism, national song, dance, cognitive visits to historical and cultural sites of Armenia, museums, educational institutions, meetings with state, public, cultural and artistic figures, sports and cultural events. The program was commissioned by the Office of the High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs of the Republic of Armenia
