Concept Events organized the official closing ceremony of the “Kapan – CIS Youth Capital 2026” program, marking the conclusion of a series of events dedicated to youth cooperation, cultural exchange, and international dialogue.

The ceremony brought together delegations from CIS member states, distinguished guests, and government officials. Official speeches were delivered by the Governor of Syunik Province, the Deputy Mayor of Kapan, and the Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of the Republic of Armenia. Their remarks highlighted the important role of young people, the development of international cooperation, and the significance of initiatives that bring youth together.

The official ceremony was followed by a festive concert, creating a warm and celebratory atmosphere and providing a memorable finale to the program. The presence of international delegations further emphasized the program’s international significance and its mission to unite young people through shared experiences and cooperation.

As part of the program, a sightseeing excursion to the historic Halidzor Fortress was also organized for the guests, offering them an opportunity to discover Armenia’s historical heritage and explore the rich cultural landmarks of the Syunik region.
